Spring carries a strong, still, yearning movement. That which has long lain dormant begins to gently open, reach toward the light, and remember its direction. These spring ceremonies welcome you to make the same journey within yourself.
During five ceremonies we meet in a living room where an inner journey begins, guided by the breath, the wisdom of plants and other beautiful elements. Through breathwork, aroma therapy, herbs, sound and rest, space are created for your inner blossoming.
Breathwork is the heart of every ceremony where each ceremony carries its own energy and unique elements. From the opening of the heart, to dreamlike rest, bliss, crystalline clarity and deep integration.
If you want to be part of the awakening of spring, this outer Heartspace is waiting for you. You can join the entire journey or come just once to the ceremony that calls you, as space allows.

Breathwork
In this breathwork, you meet yourself through the breath. We breathe in a pattern that opens the door to release, stress reduction, and healing.
The effects can include emotional processing, inner clarity, a deep connection with the body and mind, as well as a sense of peace and well-being.

Rose, breathwork, aromatherapy
We begin our journey in our heartspace. We invite the soft, opening energy of the rose and you get to encounter different scent worlds and choose which one calls to you. The scent you choose becomes part of your ceremony. We drink rose, find our essential oil blend and our direction and then let the transformative breath take over.

Second ceremony ❀ the dream of the heart

Blue lotus, breathwork, crystal rest
We deepen our journey. The blue lotus carries a still, dreamlike, calming energy that opens up an experience beyond thought and time. We drink an infusion of these flowers, letting the breath open the way inward, before resting deeply and long in a soundscape of the vibrations of crystal bowls.

Third ceremony ❀ the root of the heart

Ceremonial cacao, breathwork, meditation
We continue the journey to the root of the heart. The ceremonial cacao opens us softly, but deeply, and sets the tone before the breath carries us to whatever we need to feel, release or wish to invite in. From a quiet openness you are then guided in a heartfelt meditation that sets the direction for the rest of spring, or the rest of our days if you will.

Fourth ceremony ❀ heart's delight

Lemon balm, breathwork, reflection
We let the journey take us to an experience of living lightly. Lemon balm, also called heart's delight, has a long history as a medicinal plant and has the ability to calm and uplift the heart and mind. We welcome this herb along on the journey of the breath and then we open up for written reflection. Here you get to land on what has moved within you and during the ceremony. You will be given reflection questions to take home that can continue to guide you to listen inward even outside the ceremony room.

Fifth ceremony ❀ homecoming of the heart

Integration, breathwork, sound bath
We conclude our journey in a deep ceremony where the breath is given full space. Through a slightly longer breathwork session, we follow the budding movement of spring and allow what has been dormant within us to open up and awaken to life. Your inner self is allowed to reach out towards the light, your soul is finally allowed to bloom. Then you are allowed to rest in a longer sound bath where you are allowed to integrate everything you have encountered on your journey. Here everything is tied together, we allow everything to fall into place. What you have opened, felt and encountered is allowed to sink in and become a part of you.
For this closing ceremony I have invited Hussein from Light & Sound who holds the room, and you, together with me. Hussein creates magical sound baths with several beautiful instruments.
